How do I register?
You can register at https://soprasteriachallenge.agorize.com and confirm your e-mail address. Don't forget to click on "Participate" to receive announcements and information about the Challenge.
How do I form a team?
Your team must consist of 2 to 5 members.
If you're participating on your own and looking for a team, you can find other teammates or join an existing team on this platform!
Will I receive any news about the challenge?
Each time there is an update, you will receive an e-mail notification from the administrator to your registered e-mail address. This only applies to challenge participants.
What are the eligible countries ?
To participate in this challenge, you should be a resident of one of the countries / regions listed below:
Benelux, France, Germany, India, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain, and United Kingdom.
WARNING: Each country / region has its own platform. Please ensure you are participating in the right challenge corresponding to your country of residence.
Application Phase
What do I need to submit for the Application Phase?
For the Application Phase, your team must submit your proposal of 5 slides in English (PDF format) including:
- What is your team’s problem statement?
- What are your solution and objectives?
- What is your methodology?
- What is your expected impact?
- What is your implementation timeline?
What is the deadline to apply?
The deadline for the application is November 22nd at 11:55 pm (GMT+1).
How do I know if my team is shortlisted?
The results announcement for the shortlisted teams will be made via the platform announcement and via email.
Mentoring Phases
Who are the mentors?
If your team reaches the Mentoring Phase, you will have the opportunity to be mentored by experts from Sopra Steria Group.
How will my team be paired up with the mentors?
You will be able to contact your mentor through the Agorize platform.
Finales
How do I know if my team is selected for the National/International Finale?
The announcement will be made via the platform announcement and via email.
How do I prepare for the pitch?
During the Mentoring Phases, your Mentors will continue to support you and help you to refine your pitch.
Who are the judges for the Final Pitching Day?
For the National Finale, the jury will include industry leaders and key-decision makers in Sopra Steria.
For the International Finale, the jury will be composed of representatives of Sopra Steria, AI experts, and other stakeholders.
